Delivery and Payment
How we deliver:
- The shipping fee is 35 lei regardless of the weight of the package or your location.
- Delivery will be made via (Sameday, Fan, Cargus, DPD couriers within 24-72 hours of order confirmation.
- The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the ordered products.
- For products with insured transport, such as ceramic sanitary ware or other fragile materials (sinks), you are obliged to check the package upon receipt, before signing the product receipt report provided by the courier company.
- We do not assume responsibility for damaged packages not previously checked in the presence of the courier, for which you have signed that they are in proper condition.
- We do not accept the fulfillment of orders through carriers indicated by you. In this contract, only the Seller may have the option of choosing the carrier.
- For promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.), the delivery time of orders placed during the campaign period may be different from that displayed on the site and depends on the operating capacity of the courier companies.
- An exception is made to the normally mentioned term and will not be included in the promotional conditions of the usual periods.
Payment Methods
You can purchase products from the natexint.ro website using the following payment instruments:
1. Cash on delivery
The value of the ordered products and services can be paid to the courier upon delivery to the address specified by you.
Cash on delivery carries a fixed fee communicated on the order completion page.
2. By bank card
You can make an online payment with your personal or company card, in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).
No additional transaction fee is charged. Card data is processed exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store your confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. This way, your information is safe.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at your bank’s exchange rate.
For card payments, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name NATEX INT SRL
