What will my information be used for?

The information you provide us with will be used to answer your request of information, to allow you the downloading of documents or to answer your request of budget, depending on the case, and to send you information of our services through email, post mail, telephone, SMS/MMS, or other equivalent electronic communication means that you provide us with.

Anyway, in each commercial communication the addressee will have all the necessary links to request the cancel of subscription to those communications.

If you send us your CV, we will use your information to include you in our staff selection processes.

According to the transparency principle, we want to warn you that by sending your CV through our webpage (specifically, through the link: Send Us Your CV) a new window will be open and, although that new page has the Natex logo and a similar look to natex.com.ro, it belongs to an associate that provides us with a management of work offers and candidatures’ management. In such way, by submitting your candidacy to some of our staff selection processes through the most-known employment webpages (info jobs, etc.), your candidacy will be managed by Natex through the employment that we have enabled with said provider.

For how long will my information be kept?

Your information will be kept for as long as the contractual and commercial relationship will go on, for as long as you do not request its suppression or for as long as you do not oppose to the reception of commercial communications, as well as for the necessary time to fulfil any legal duties.

We treat the sent curricular information for the staff selection through a maximum time of two years with the objective of complying with the exactitude and information actualization principle.

You have the right to knowing if Natex is handling your personal information.
