Returns & Refunds
The customer may notify Natex Int SRL of the decision to withdraw from the contract by email: in**@******nt.ro.
Return process
- Read the terms and conditions below.
- After receiving the confirmation of shipment, please ship the products via a courier company to the address indicated by our team. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
- Please note the return request number received in the confirmation email on the AWB. Packages that do not have the return request number mentioned on the AWB, those that we have not been notified of having been shipped, or those with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
- Once the products arrive and are inspected, you will be contacted to complete the return process.
The obligations of Natex Int SRL
- The full amount paid, including delivery costs, will be refunded, unless the customer has chosen a type of delivery other than standard delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, and in the case of cash on delivery, by bank transfer to an account indicated by the consumer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return request.
Customer obligations
- The customer must return the products to Natex Int SRL personally or through an authorized person (courier) without undue delay, but not later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
- The return costs are borne by the customer.
- The customer is only liable for the decrease in the value of the products caused by their handling in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Products without the right of return
The following categories of products cannot be returned, unless they are sealed, the box has not been opened or shows no signs of opening:
- Products manufactured according to consumer specifications or customized (e.g. warranty extensions, non-standard servers).
- Services (testing, assembly, component mounting, etc.)
- Digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium (software applications, games delivered via download link and activation key). These exceptions are in accordance with OUG 34/2014, art. 16
Particular product return scenarios
- Wrongly delivered products: If you were delivered a different product than the one ordered and it was not used/tested, the shipping for returning the product will be organized by the Natex team.
- Visible damaged package upon delivery: If the package shows visible damage, refuse to accept it. It is recommended to take a photo of the package and draw up a report with the courier representative, mentioning the condition of the package.
- Products with hidden damage: If the package does not show visible damage upon delivery, but upon opening (in the presence of the courier) damage to the product or shortages are observed, refuse reception and proceed to draw up a report.
- Products with a combustion/compression engine: If the products have been filled with fuel or oil, the return value will be adjusted to cover the costs necessary to bring them to their original resale condition.
- Used Products: Used or used products cannot be returned. Products used for testing purposes or for work are not accepted for return within the 14-day return period.
General Note
Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all original accessories and documents.Any damage to the products or alteration of their condition so that they can no longer be resold will result in the return being refused.RETURN POLICY
- Products purchased remotely can be returned according to OUG 34/2014: the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The return of the products will be at the customer’s expense, within 14 calendar days from the termination of the contract. It is recommended to use the same transport service used for receiving the products
- Natex Int SRL will refund the order value as soon as possible after receiving the returned product. The refunded amount and the return conditions do not include shipping costs if the delivery was made by methods other than the standard one offered by Natex Int SRL.
- Definition of sales contract (art. 2, 5.): any contract under which the professional transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of products to the consumer, and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay the price thereof, including any contract that has as its object both products and services.
- Art. 12 states that the exercise of the right of withdrawal terminates the obligations of the contractual parties. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (preferably in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.
- The provisions of OUG 34/2014 apply only to the consumer defined as any natural person or group of natural persons established in associations as defined in art. 2 point 2 of OG 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions and only in the case of distance contracts (any contract concluded between a professional and a consumer within an organized distance selling system, without the simultaneous physical presence of the professional and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication, up to and including the moment the contract is concluded).
- The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. According to Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do so in a shop; for example, the consumer should only try on an item of clothing, not wear it.
- Some products are marked with a seal applied by the manufacturer on the packaging. This seal is not necessarily present, its presence being specific to the manufacturer. The presence of the seal is not mandatory to demonstrate that the product is exactly in the form and conditions in which it was released by the manufacturer. Damage to the seal does not bring any limitation to the right to withdraw from the contract.
